Returns

Would you like to return one or more items? No problem.

You can easily register your return through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works

1. Click the “Go to Returns Portal” button.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you would like to return.
4. Choose a return method:
   • Return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund)
   • Arrange your own return postage with a carrier of your choice
5. Send your return back to us.

Please note

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.
• Please do not remove any security seals or labels.
• Place the delivery note, or alternatively a note with your order number, inside the parcel. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 7 working days.
